Rccg Sure Foundation Chapel has been at the centre of our local Toronto community for many years now, as our organisation is a regular fixture for residents from all walks of life, at all stages of life. We host many different community activities during the week, as well as at weekends and evening prayer groups, and our door is always open. We consider mindfulness, meditation, and other processes along with talking therapy to fully consider how our thoughts and feelings affect our physical health, and how our body can help us to heal our minds.
